This one is my fav.  It looks like she made garland out of Red, Black and White Fabric.  Here is a Great toutorial on how to make rag garland.  http://blog.catchmyparty.com/2011/03/02/diy-tutorial-from-a-catch-my-party-member-how-to-make-a-rag-garland/ It is super easy and will last a long time.  The snowflakes can be found at lots of different discount stores.  I have seen the snowflakes in both Red, and White.  I can also see just some black ornaments, with stickers of the movie characters.  I am sure the images have some sort of epoxy on them to keep them on the ornaments for many years to come.  I also see a Hallmark Twilight ornament.
